Nearest Tube: Waterloo (200m)

Nearest Train: Waterloo (200m) Take Exit 2 and turn right.

Parking: 1 bay for blue badge holders in Webber Street, plus meters. NCP in Coin Street. Nearest taxi pick-up point is at Waterloo station.

bars: Pit bar down 19 steps from foyer (spacious), Dress Circle bar up 29 steps, Lilian Baylis bar up 49 steps. Soft drinks brought to disabled customers in the auditorium. All have moveable seats.

limited mobility: Boxes or E28, F20, G6, G31, M4, X7 in the Stalls have the most leg room.

access description: 1 step then 4 more through swing doors into the foyer. Box Office to right. From the foyer: 3 steps up to the Stalls (no handrails); 29 steps up (with handrails) then 3 down to the Dress Circle (2 steps between rows); 58 steps to Lilian Baylis Circle (3 steep steps between rows). The theatre is open 1 hour before the performance.

Sound Amplification: NThe auditorium is fitted with a Sennheiser infra-red system. Headsets should be collected from the cloakroom in the main foyer before the performance. A returnable deposit of £5 is payable. Please inform the box office when booking if you would like to make use of the system and they will advise on where best to sit. There is also an induction loop point at the box office counter in the main foyer.

Guide Dogs: Guide dogs are allowed into the auditorium. Alternatively, staff can dog-sit. Contact the manager for group bookings.

Disabled Access: No steps through the second EXIT door on Webber Street. Portable ramp over 2 steps to the Stalls, which are on a fairly steep slope. 1 space for wheelchair in row D. Transfer seating is available to aisle seats for up to 3 wheelchair users. The theatre can store a maximum of 3 wheelchairs. You do not need to bring a companion. The venue is not suitable for scooters, however the theatre makes provisions for 1 scooter transferee.

Toilets: There are men’s and women’s off the Pit bar, and 21 steps up from the Lilian Baylis bar.

Disabled Toilets: Adapted WC on the left inside the side entrance.

Box Office: Public cash phone in the Pit bar.
