Car Parks 4 and 5 are entered via Beech Street and linked by lift E. Look out for directional signs on pillars - the lifts could easily be missed.

access description: The easiest way to approach the Centre is by car. Follow the signs from Silk Street to Car Park 3, and you will arrive at a setting down point on the Roadway at Stalls level -1. Automatic doors into level -1. From here, all levels of the theatre are accessible via lifts. The main lifts have tactile buttons and voice announcements. Ticket Desk on the right. Front of Stalls down 22 steps from lift (no centre aisle). 3 steps between rows in the Circle and the Upper Circle. Steps are highlighted.

hearing impaired: Radio system with 50 headsets. Collect from Stalls Right entrance. Induction loop at box office and all points of contact from 2005.

guide dogs policy: There is very little space inside the auditorium for guide dogs but cloakroom staff are happy to dog sit.

wheelchairs: 4 wheelchair spaces or 2 scooter spaces at Stalls level in Box A & B. Further 4 wheelchair spaces or 2 scooter spaces at Upper Circle level at B9-12 and B56-59 – on a platform which will be lowered by approx. 30cm. Wheelchair and scooter transfer seating available to back row of Stalls. Wheelchair available to loan if booked in advance via the Box Office.

toilets: Men’s and women’s off Level -1.

disabled toilets: 2 Adapted toilets in main foyer on level -1, 2 at Theatre Circle level.

bars: No steps from the lift to the Stalls bar with limited seating. Other bars and cafes accessible via lifts on the Waterside level. Soft drinks and ice creams may be brought into the auditorium, subject to performance.
